IJM Land has pioneered condominium developments in the growing market of Kuching, Sarawak, with the landmark Kuching Riverine Resort project. This RM450mil project comprises four 22-storey towers: two condominium towers, a hotel tower and a serviced apartment tower. The second phase, Riverine Sapphire, offers 168 condominium units with panoramic views of the Sarawak River, the dynamic Kuching city skyline and the surrounding landscape. Full condominium facilities are also complemented by a waterfront esplanade, two floating restaurants and a mini marina.
